Eco point is the novelty in public recreation space set by Russian Carbon fund in collaboration with Hometowns - PJSC Gazprom Neft social program. The project purpose is to improve the quality of life in the region through the improvement of urban environment and enhancement of park`s attractiveness, capacity-building for the local residents and creation of sustainable livelihoods.
Within a month experts in various fields of ecology and sustainable development have delivered to the locals a series of lectures on waste collection separation, household energy-saving tools, ecodriving, solar power, green economy, quality of air and water, environmentally sustainable market and the cities of tomorrow.

The state-of-the-art sustainable infrastructure – including tanks for waste and batteries separate collection, cycle parking and solar panel chargers - was created on the territory.
